Beloved Holy Ones,

Your sacred bodies are undergoing a transformational shift that is much larger than anything else you may have encountered in this life or in other lives.

The accelerated nature of the transformation of physical matter is creating a large scale shift of the energy patterns in your sacred bodies.

For this dearest holy ones, you need much compassion and patience, and also trust in the Divine.

The places in your sacred body that have carried trauma or old injuries or wounds, physical or energetic, are receiving a new infusion of divine light, and so these older wounds may begin to heal in ways that they were not able to previously.

Sometimes the healing that is needed is for the pain to resurface in the form of symptoms, emotions, or energies, and so what is needed, beloved ones is much patience and much trust in the divine and in your own inner guidance.

Some of what you may be experiencing may appear to be medical conditions that are not actually illnesses. The only way to discern this is through a humble and clear asking of divine guidance.

There are some situations where you may not receive any guidance at all, and that is purposeful as well.

In this situation, what is needed is for you to anchor in your heart and in divine trust and move forward as best as you can, calmly and with peace.

In all situations, dearest Beloveds, the divine is holding you. At this time also, these energies of light are greatly supportive to young ones who are newly incarnated and to children and young people.

These energies of light can help stabilize the soul that has come recently so that they may incarnate more fully and experience more dimensions of who they are.

Trust beloved holy ones in the divine unfoldment and give attention to your sacred light bodies.

Today you can integrate these new frequencies of light through extra care and extra times of quiet and times in nature with all love and blessings. Amen.
