The Difficulty of This Time
Dearest Beloved Children of God, How can it be that we speak of light expanding on the Earth, when you are experiencing so much challenge and pain in your daily lives? This is one of the fundamental challenges of the purification process, both at the individual and the global levels. There are several reasons for this, and one of the most compelling is that at this time on the Earth, energies of darkness have some ability to cover the experience and perception of light. With this covering in place, it becomes more difficult for you to have a direct experience of God's love, God's light, or your own inner spiritual guidance. Though this covering is temporary, created by the constant interplay of energies of light expanding, it can create the perception and emotional experience of endless suffering, despair, discouragement and disconnection. Like a plant that suffers from a long winter without sunlight, so human beings can be deeply affected by the long spiritual winter that prepares the way for the advent of the New. At times the veils part and you may experience brief glimpses of the light that is growing and of the new Earth that is to come. Physical matter and all of the created universe will shine brilliantly with the radiance of God's love, and all beings will know their true origins and connections with each other and with the Divine source of All that is One. This transition is happening now, and your participation is an essential part of the process. Beloved ones, another compelling reason why life may feel so challenging right now is the dramatic acceleration of the purification process that has occurred in 2009. The new levels of light, combined with the first signs in the physical world of the dismantling of outdated economic and social structures, have alerted all souls to the reality of a dramatically changing world. Not only is the Earth's ecosystem in a state of major shifting, but the social and economic systems that humankind have created are now collapsing in upon themselves, a victim of the limited consciousness they were created with. These times require new solutions that come from new paradigms, new and ways of thinking and relating to one another and to the Earth. The process of purification affects all levels of your being. Your thoughts, emotions, relationships, your physical body and your daily life are all affected by the influx of the higher dimensions of light. As physical matter becomes less dense, and more unified with the vibrational matrix of Oneness, it begins to behave differently. No longer is life predictable as everything is in flux. No longer is it possible to compartmentalize life, hide from oneself or others, or find refuge in separated consciousness. Some examples of how you may be experiencing the process of purification in your daily life are as follows. You may feel more tired, and you may find you cannot accomplish as many practical tasks as before. The solution to this is to rest more, to learn what truly is restorative to your body, mind and spirit, and to make this more of a priority in your day. Despite feeling tired, you may have more difficulty sleeping. The higher vibrations of light affect the upper energy centers (chakras) which are related to brain functioning. As the brain adapts to these incoming energies, the hormones affecting sleep will rebalance. You may find yourself experiencing memories, emotions or unresolved pain from the past. Feelings can be coming up very strongly right now, and sometimes may feel overwhelming. A daily time of prayer, meditation or Practice of Alignment can help you anchor in God's love and feel more centered. You may find that you are needing different types of foods, and that foods that used to feel good no longer are right for you. Some people who are going through accelerated physical transformation are find their dietary needs changing on a regular basis. You may begin to feel more porous to energies, thoughts and feelings of others. It is useful to create some time alone each day to rest and be with your own energy, and to limit your exposure to discordant and negative energies. Some souls are attuned to the larger cosmic energy process that the Earth is going through, and are more deeply affected by the dramatic interplay of light and dark energies that are happening right now in the spiritual atmosphere of the Earth. If this is the case you will be guided to supports that can help you anchor to light and support your physical body in going through these changes. Some souls have carried karmic burdens for many lifetimes that are now ready to be released in the new light that is emerging now on the Earth. Some of these souls are currently going through what can be thought of as a "dark night of the soul" in preparation for the healing of these deep and old wounds. Beloved ones, the intensely burdened sensations that some of you may be feeling in your body, mind and consciousness right now are related to the energetic burdens that the Earth is releasing, and to the large scale emotional reactions that may people are feeling related to the global economic crisis. Though this is a very difficult process on so many levels, this is a very positive development which is shifting many people's consciousness away from a separate and self absorbed way of thinking, towards a consideration of larger forces, larger issues and more global considerations. The emotions of fear, anger, blame, resentment and despair that so many are feeling, are releasing and circulating within the global spiritual atmosphere of the Earth. For this reason it is more important than ever to find ways to connect with light, to anchor to light, and send energies of light to the Earth, both to release the pressure building up energetically on the Earth, and also to support the growing light.
