Strengthening the New Heart Pathways

This 22 minute New Light Body Integration Transmission created stronger and more balanced pathways of divine Light within the new energy configurations that are establishing themselves within our bodies and our hearts.

Please drink plenty of water after this transmission, and arrange for some quiet time directly afterwards.

Instructions for Participating Remotely in This Transmission

If you were not live with us for the Integration Transmissions, you can participate remotely by creating a sacred 30 to 4o minute space in your schedule at your altar, outdoors, or in a sacred location.

Arrange a space where you can replay this video or audio, and before you start, sit quietly and spend some time in silence, attuning to your body, quieting your mind and feeling into your intentions. 

What energies of light would you like to call in for your own body, and for the planetary whole?

Write down and speak your intentions and prayers.  Attune to the larger whole of our Circle that held this Transmission.  Then sit in a sacred space with the video or audio, and allow yourself simply to receive and flow with the energy, the words and the experience.

After the Transmission

Please rest and drink plenty of water after experiencing this transmission, and if you are able, step outside to be with the Earth.
