Dearest Holy Beloveds,

The new frequencies of divine light that are expanding now on the Holy Earth are greatly accelerating the development of new capabilities within human beings.

Most noticeable is the capability to attune more deeply to others, to be aware of their presence, their feelings and thoughts, their contributions, and their energy signature.

This is an important and sacred gift, dearest holy ones, and yet may also feel troublesome if you are not accustomed
to having your divine perceptions awakened in this way.

The great gift of this deeper attunement to other beings is that of the capacity to feel empathy and also the capacity to feel the divine Oneness of which you and others are a part.

There are other gifts that the new light is bringing to your sacred bodies.

In some examples and situations, greater physical healing is possible of older wounds and also of emotional and mental wounding.

You may notice a greater lightness around those things that have felt intractable.

The new light also has the capability, dearest holy ones, to gently illuminate what has been hidden within you.

There may have been mysterious blockages or challenges in your consciousness that you have not understood, and the new light is releasing the barriers, which allows more of who you are to emerge and become visible and conscious.

These new gifts and capabilities may also create a feeling of uncertainty or anxiety because of their unfamiliarity, and so it is helpful, dearest, holy ones to have supports and anchors that can assist you.

For some, it is a regular spiritual practice or a regular time in nature, or the support of a group or community.

Whatever your supports, allow yourself also to be open to new supports that may come to you, that may reveal themselves to assist you in finding balance in the midst of these changes. With all love and blessings. Amen.
