Bringing Light to the Earth to Ourselves

Enjoying the light filled presence of all those in our Circle of Healing

Bringing sacred breath to all parts of ourselves

All the forces of nature are supporting us, the air, waters, gentle rains, sacred flames of purification, and the loving, gentle, firm and grounded holy Earth

We can give gratitude and thanks for the part of the Earth that we are on

Holding deeply and with patience the many challenges we are facing

Resting simply in the compassion and loving presence of the Divine

Holding those parts of ourselves and others that may feel overwhelmed

Allowing our sacred breath to free us from all that we no longer need to hold

Allowing divine light to dissolve what is no longer needed

Nourishing our heart with breath

Allowing our soul essence to shine in our hearts and to connect with our embodied self

Cherishing the holy life force that created us and is creating us

Nourishing our auric and energy fields with strength, health, vitality, support, love, gentleness

Bathing the cells of our physical bodies with divine light, that is capable to transform and renew even the DNA of our bodies

Calling forth our calling and our holy purpose in our hearts

Our hearts know our spiritual purpose even if our mind does not

Being a channel for the Divine
