Changes for You and the Earth

Dearest Beloved Ones,

The Earth is entering a new time of transition, where many more embodied souls now understand that a major and profound transformation is happening. We have spoken at length about the specific nature of these changes in past messages and now it is time to consciously make some changes to your own daily life to accommodate the new vibration that is being anchored on the Earth.

Those of you who are here on the Earth to serve God, to serve the Light, and to assist in this major time of transition, will find that greater light is beginning to accelerate the process of spiritual evolution both for yourself and those around you. You may notice changes in your body or consciousness, such as the following...

• Periods of no mind, where your consciousness feels suspended and separate from your day to day concerns.

• Increased sensitivity of your physical body to sounds, to light, to energies and to contact with others.

• A change in diet, a desire for lighter foods and a need for more water.

• Increased sensitivity to foods, herbs, pharmaceuticals, caffeine and so forth.

• A change in your relationships, the need for more depth and truth, and decreased tolerance for superficiality.

• An increase in intensity of emotions, with feelings emerging into consciousness with increased speed.

• An emergence of previously buried emotions that you were not aware of, both in yourself and loved ones.

• Increased permeability of your physical and energy bodies, so that you become more aware of the thoughts, feelings and energies of people around you.

At this time it is necessary that you adjust your body and your life to the practical changes resulting from the global economic crisis, and also to the increased presence of light on the planet which is expanding daily and affecting all embodied souls and their bodies, minds and hearts.

The practical level of transformation to the global economic body and consciousness will continue for a number of years, and so many faithful servants of God are being now guided into new situations and new arenas of service. Whether or not your life has yet changed on the inner or outer levels, now is the time to prepare for the upcoming period of more greatly accelerated transformation. These are some recommended steps you can take now to ease the difficulties of transition and to create a smoother path to the next level of your life and service to God.

• Free yourself from all unnecessary activities, relationships and physical objects that no longer hold life for you. Create more space, so that God can enter.

• Be discriminating in what energies, thoughts, words and relationships that you allow into your consciousness and your physical space at each moment. Right now there is much fear, pain and suffering circulating in the global collective consciousness. Limit your exposure to those things which do not feed the light and love in your spirit.

• Create some free time each day, even if it is only 15 minutes, to sit quietly and simply breathe, align yourself with God.

• Take responsibility for the food you take into your body each day. Choose natural foods that carry light, life and love, and release yourself from processed food and unhealthy habits which sap your life energy and clog the life force. The world needs your radiant physical presence, vibrating with as much health as possible.

• Surround yourself with support so that you are not alone in what you are going through. The times ahead will challenge each soul's fortitude and faith, and there is a greater need now to anchor yourself in God's love and light, with souls of like mind and like heart. Be fearless in your choices, even if this means relocating or drastically changing your circumstances. If you are not sure where to find this support, take your request to God and pray to be shown where you can best be supported and serve God in the new times ahead.

Beloved ones, many souls who are here on the Earth to serve God have still not yet found their calling, or have not yet been activated into their full mission. Many are still burdened with difficult circumstances. If you are one who is still waiting, you are in good company and the times ahead will reveal to you all that is needed to activate your service. It is important to stay in faith and light, and to be prepared so when the time comes you can go where you are guided.

Trust how God and life are leading you right now, even if your surroundings and experiences are severe and challenging. These times that are now unfolding will create the needed changes that will allow all souls to come into harmony with themselves, each other, the Earth and all of life.
