Cellular Clearing and Transmutation

Thank you to all our participants!

This 38 minute New Light Body Healing Activation has a strong action to clear older energies from our cellular, physical, emotional and planetary levels, enabling a greater embodied experience of healing, life force and divine trust.

Instructions for Participating in This Activation

Create a 45 minute space in your schedule at your altar, outdoors, or in a sacred location.

Sit quietly and spend some time in silence, attuning to your body, quieting your mind and feeling into your intentions.

What energies of light would you like to call in for your own body, and for the planetary whole?

Write down and speak your intentions and prayers.  Then sit in a sacred space with the video transmission, and allow yourself simply to receive and flow with the energy, the words and the experience.

After the Activation

Please rest and drink plenty of water after experiencing this activation, and if you are able, step outside to be with the Earth.

Please be in touch with me to share what is emerging for you as you assimilate these frequencies, so that we can support you in this process.  You can leave a comment at the bottom of this page.

I am including also a link to today's Daily Message of Light Widening Your Capacities, which is relevant to today's Activation.
