Clearing and Releasing Old Energies and Thought Patterns

Allowing ourselves to open to the larger and holy divine stream of which we are part, flowing through us individually also in the circle.

Divine flow begins to move more freely in each cell of our holy sacred bodies, a beautiful river of light and life, clearing old energies, thought patterns, self imposed blockages.

Releasing old patterns and habits of separation, entering joyfully to the New. 

Guidance from the Realms of Light about the coming year of 2021.  Preparing to receive new energy patterns of greater inner stability.

Our breath through every part of our body, from the top of our head to the bottoms of our feet. Allowing ourselves to imagine that the large and holy, divine stream of which we're all a part is beginning to flow through us individually and also in our circle.

It's a large divine flow. As it begins to move more freely through each cell of our holy, sacred bodies, that beautiful river of light and of life begins to gently wash away anything that is a residue that feels like an old energy that we may be carrying, or perhaps old thought patterns, or even our own self-imposed blockages that we don't realize that we're doing can allow this divine stream to flow through. And the stream is of light, it is of life, it is of water. It is gentle and strong, refreshing, calming, peaceful, wise. The wisdom of divine life flows through us in each cell of our bodies and each breath that we take allows this beautiful divine stream to unfold in every cell.

Every cell of our bodies is a miracle. It has a nucleus and all these amazing parts, and each cell of us has its unique purpose. And so does the harmony, the divine harmony of our creation flow through us. As we claim it, and as we separate from the false self, as we separate from the energies that negate that holy life, as we separate from those energies within and without, our divine life that already exists begins to flower, to nourish our souls. And so we can relax deeply into that space of our cells. Feeling our feet, feeling our hearts, feeling our center, feeling all the parts of our holy body, our holy bodies.

Now, as we go deeply within, traveling deeply into our hearts, traveling to the center of our divine creation, our hearts, and allowing our hearts to be nourished by each other in our circle of healing. The love and the presence of each other provides a warmth and a support, a reassurance. A pathway to our hearts through our circle and whatever wounds that any one of us may carry, having learned old patterns were not good enough. We should be afraid of others, we should be afraid of ourselves. Whatever those old mental patterns are, begin to fall away in our bodies as we simply allow ourselves to be loved by just being here together, just being here, safely, peacefully.

And as we go more deeply now, we begin to become aware of the holy mother Earth under us, holding us, her beautiful force of gravity stabilizing us, nourishing each part of us. We feel our gratitude to her for nourishing us, providing us the air to breath, and the water to drink, and food to eat. And we feel also in our hearts the desire to be of help and service to her in this time of transition as humanity awakens to the sacredness of her life and all of life. The holy Earth carries the legacy of this previous cycle that is completing. And so our love and presence, our help provides her with the sustenance and nourishment to continue her emergence into this new phase of light.

And so, with our deepest love, we begin to now move into our larger beings, our soul selves, our true selves that are larger than this life and this body and yet completely connected. We move into our vastness of who we are as a soul, and we begin with all of our love to assemble ourselves far beyond the earth in a large circle around her. We're circling the holy earth from our larger beings, large and vast. We are joined now by those that guide each one of us and by all beings of light that are called to be of assistance to the holy mother Earth at this time, and all of the divine qualities that we're calling in to this circle for ourselves also go to the holy earth through our intention and our prayers.

As we feel our hearts, no matter what's happening in our hearts, even if we might not have full access to what we're feeling in our hearts, this is the center of where we can give what we most wish to send to the holy mother earth at this moment. You are the perfect vehicle for that which your heart desires to share. And so, now, as we are joined together in our circle of healing around the holy earth, let's allow our hearts to deeply feel what we wish to offer to the earth, and let's allow that divine light to travel from us and through us. Let's allow our prayers to be amplified by those that are guiding us, sending the light to every part of the holy earth that is in need.

There are so many aspects, and each one of us is divinely created to bring our unique divine flame of being. The holy Earth's atmosphere and her waters, her earth and land, her animals, plants, rocks, trees, the insects, the microscopic life, all of the people, all of the souls, all of the life embodied, all of the countries that are on the earth. All of the large, vast areas of land that are uninhabited but that are holding a space. All these parts of the holy Earth are here and are available to us. Find your heart and find where you wish to send the love of your being to her and allow that love to flow powerfully through with all of your intention, with all of your holy divine will aligned with the divine.

Allow yourself to feel and perceive that the holy earth is responding and receiving what you are offering. Allow the light that she radiates from the center of her being to flow through you as she receives your light and help and health and light and love. So she expands and is able to give and nurture even more. Allow yourselves to receive what she is giving in gratitude. And as you are nourished, allow even more of your love and your divine, holy qualities to come forth, to shower the holy mother earth with your love.

The divine light of transmutation flows through you, and it flows to the holy earth, releasing all that is able to be released. Whatever energies of separation have been that are no longer needed are now releasing from ourselves and from the holy earth, creating more space for love, creating release. And allow your holy breath to move through your body, receiving the refreshment of the new light and the release of all that is no longer needed.

Dearest beloveds, we are so grateful for your holy assistance to each one of you, to those that guide each one of you. There is a new time arriving that will create a period of instability externally, which will allow for the development of a greater stability within each soul internally. So it is not to fear the times ahead, not to fear the unknown, but to enter joyfully, knowing that the truth of who you are and who all of life is, is becoming more and more visible. And the times of transformation that create the periods of change, allow and open for the new. We ask for your holy blessing for this work to continue on the entire planet as it is ordained from the beginning.

We are so deeply grateful to each one of you and are available to assist. And each one of you and your connection with your sacred guides and helpers will be strengthened and supported in these times ahead. We ask for patience through the times of purification. These will lead to the most brilliant light possible that you can imagine in physical form, a great gift is being given.

Beloved holy God, we're so grateful for the Circle of Healing that you have given us for this year of 2020. We're so grateful for each of us and for all those who participate in this holy work. We're asking for your blessing for each one of us. That all that has transpired in our circle of healing may integrate and expand within us, and that each one of us be supported, guided, treasured.

And so, as we're bringing our circle of healing to a close, allow your heart to speak and pray and ask for all that your heart desires at this time, as we complete this year and enter the new year.

And allowing ourselves to imagine the most beautiful color in our energetic field in our auric field, surrounding us like a blessing, a benediction of love. Like a blanket that also breathes and opens to the new. And that beautiful color stay with you as long as is needed to fully integrate the work we have done together.
