Urgent Prayer for Dire Circumstances

Dear Lord you know how dire my circumstances are, and I believe You will take care of me, but my patience is gone and I owe $150,000 with brain surgery ahead. Please, I beg of you, send me the money to pay the bills so if the surgery is not successful I will not leave my family in despair.
